AgTech Startup - Lead Generation
An agricultural technology startup needed to reach UK farmers for a new digital product. The challenge: farmers are notoriously hard to reach online, deeply sceptical of technology companies, and almost impossible to target through standard Meta audience tools.
We started with deep audience research - not demographics, but understanding what actually motivates farmers to adopt new technology. We identified four distinct buyer segments, each with different pain points and different reasons to act.
The result: a campaign that spoke to farmers in their language, addressed their real concerns, and converted at nearly 6x the industry average.
Segment-specific messaging. Instead of one generic ad, we wrote different creative for each buyer type - early adopters, sceptics, grant-seekers, and efficiency-driven operators. Meta's algorithm found the right people for each message.

A professional services campaign where the brief was simple: generate qualified enquiries at the lowest possible cost. The standard approach - broad match keywords, generic ad copy - wasn't working.
We rewrote every ad from scratch using concept-driven copywriting rather than keyword stuffing. The ads made promises the landing pages delivered on. The result was a click-through rate 5.5x the industry average and a cost per acquisition 40% below benchmark.
