Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These terms of service govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and Adhouse, a trading name of James Harrop, sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up to any of our plans, you agree to these terms.

2. The service
We provide Facebook and Instagram advertising management for UK home improvement companies. Depending on your plan, this includes:
- Ad creative - designing and producing the images, videos, and copy for your ads
- Campaign setup - building your campaigns in Meta Ads Manager with the right targeting, placements, and objectives
- Ongoing optimisation - monitoring performance and adjusting your campaigns to improve results over time
- Reporting - regular updates on how your ads are performing, with clear explanations of what the numbers mean
3. Pricing and payment
We offer three monthly plans:
- Starter - £500 per month
- Growth - £1,500 per month
- Full Stack - £2,500 per month
Payments are collected monthly via Stripe and are due on the same date each month (based on the date you first signed up). If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect again. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we may pause your campaigns until the balance is settled.
Ad spend is separate. You pay your advertising budget directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We do not handle your ad spend - it comes straight from your own payment method on your Meta ad account. We recommend a minimum ad spend of £1,500 per month for best results.
4. Cancellation
There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your plan at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice (email is fine). Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you will not be charged again after that.
We believe our work should speak for itself. If it is not working for you, you should be free to leave.
5. The 60-day guarantee
If your campaigns have not generated any new enquiries within 60 days of going live, you can walk away with no further payments owed. Simply let us know in writing, and we will cancel your plan immediately with nothing else to pay.
This guarantee applies to genuine new enquiries (leads, messages, calls, or form submissions) that come directly from the ads we manage. It does not apply if campaigns were paused, if the agreed ad budget was not maintained, or if we were unable to run ads due to issues on the client's side (for example, a restricted ad account).
6. What the client provides
To do our best work, we need a few things from you:
- Access to your Facebook page and ad account - we will guide you through granting the right permissions
- Approval of ad creative before it goes live - we will always share ads with you for sign-off before they run
- Timely feedback - if we send something for your review, a reasonably prompt response helps us keep things moving. We understand you are busy, but delays in approval can affect campaign performance
- Accurate information - about your products, services, pricing, and any offers or promotions you want to run
7. What we provide
Once you are set up, here is what you can expect from us:
- Ad creative tailored to your business - images, video, and copy designed to attract your ideal customers
- Campaign setup and structure in Meta Ads Manager
- Ongoing optimisation to improve performance over time
- Regular reporting as outlined in your plan, with plain-English explanations of what is happening and why
- Responsive communication - we aim to reply to emails and messages within one working day
8. Results disclaimer
We work hard to get the best possible results from your ad campaigns, and we have a strong track record. However, we cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, costs per lead, or sales figures.
Advertising results depend on many factors beyond our control, including:
- Market conditions and seasonal demand
- Your advertising budget
- The quality and competitiveness of your product or service
- How quickly and effectively leads are followed up
- Changes to Meta's advertising platform or algorithms
What we can promise is that we will apply our expertise, monitor your campaigns closely, and continually optimise to give you the best chance of success.
9. Intellectual property
Any ad creative, copy, images, and designs that we produce specifically for your campaigns belong to you. You are free to use them however you like, even after our working relationship ends.
Our own tools, processes, templates, and methods remain our property. We grant you no rights over these.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share your data, campaign details, or commercial information with any third party without your permission, except where required by law.
We may reference our work with you in general terms (for example, mentioning the industry sector and results achieved) for marketing purposes, unless you ask us not to.
11. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the three months immediately before the claim arose.
We are not liable for:
- Any loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Issues caused by Meta's platform (outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or ad rejections)
- The performance of your business or the actions of your staff in following up leads
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will let you know by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that point means you accept the updated terms.
Minor clarifications or formatting changes may be made without notice.
