Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms of service govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and Adhouse, a trading name of James Harrop, sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up to any of our plans, you agree to these terms.

We provide Facebook and Instagram advertising management for UK home improvement companies. Depending on your plan, this includes:

3. Pricing and payment

We offer three monthly plans:

Payments are collected monthly via Stripe and are due on the same date each month (based on the date you first signed up). If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect again. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we may pause your campaigns until the balance is settled.

Ad spend is separate. You pay your advertising budget directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We do not handle your ad spend - it comes straight from your own payment method on your Meta ad account. We recommend a minimum ad spend of £1,500 per month for best results.

4. Cancellation

There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your plan at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice (email is fine). Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you will not be charged again after that.

We believe our work should speak for itself. If it is not working for you, you should be free to leave.

5. The 60-day guarantee

If your campaigns have not generated any new enquiries within 60 days of going live, you can walk away with no further payments owed. Simply let us know in writing, and we will cancel your plan immediately with nothing else to pay.

This guarantee applies to genuine new enquiries (leads, messages, calls, or form submissions) that come directly from the ads we manage. It does not apply if campaigns were paused, if the agreed ad budget was not maintained, or if we were unable to run ads due to issues on the client's side (for example, a restricted ad account).

We work hard to get the best possible results from your ad campaigns, and we have a strong track record. However, we cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, costs per lead, or sales figures.

What we can promise is that we will apply our expertise, monitor your campaigns closely, and continually optimise to give you the best chance of success.

9. Intellectual property

Any ad creative, copy, images, and designs that we produce specifically for your campaigns belong to you. You are free to use them however you like, even after our working relationship ends.

Our own tools, processes, templates, and methods remain our property. We grant you no rights over these.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share your data, campaign details, or commercial information with any third party without your permission, except where required by law.

We may reference our work with you in general terms (for example, mentioning the industry sector and results achieved) for marketing purposes, unless you ask us not to.

11. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the three months immediately before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will let you know by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that point means you accept the updated terms.
