Terms of service
The deal, in plain words.
By signing up or running a brief, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Who you’re contracting with
Adhouse is a UK-based sole trader business. Any questions: hello@adhouse.ai. By using adhouse.ai you’re entering an agreement with that operator. References to “we”, “us” and “Adhouse” mean the same thing.
2. What Adhouse does
You submit a brief. We generate campaign ideas and Meta-ready copy using AI. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome. Performance depends on your brand, your audience, your media buying. We make tools, not promises.
The output is AI-generated and can be wrong. Before you publish anything it writes, you’re responsible for checking that its factual claims about your own business are true and that the ad complies with the rules of wherever you run it. If a generated line says something about your product that isn’t so, don’t run it.
2a. Early access
Adhouse is a young product in active development — treat it as early access. Features, pricing, free allowances and the way generation works may change, be paused or be withdrawn at any time while we build. We may also suspend or close the service itself. If we ever shut it down for good, we’ll refund the unused credits you paid for. Beyond that, using an early-access product means accepting a bit of movement under your feet.
3. Account, sign-in, security
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. If someone accesses your account because they got into your email, that’s on you, not us. Email hello@adhouse.aiif you suspect anything off and we’ll help.
4. Credits
- Adhouse runs on a credit model. You buy credits in packs from the credits page. Credits are spent on generating briefs and developing finished ads. Costs are listed there and shown in-app before each spend.
- Credits don’t expire. Buy a pack today, use it next year. Same value.
- New accounts get free credits to try the service. The amount may change over time and isn’t guaranteed.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside Adhouse.
5. Refunds
We’ll refund unused creditswithin 14 days of purchase, full price, no questions. After 14 days, credits are non-refundable but they don’t expire, so they stay yours.
If a generation fails on our side (server error, AI timeout, malformed output), we automatically refund the credits to your balance. You don’t need to ask.
If you spent credits on a brief or develop you weren’t happy with, that’s a usage issue, not a refund issue. Email us; we might help, but we don’t guarantee a refund for change-of-mind.
6. Ownership of the work
The ideas and copy we generate for you belong to you. Use them commercially, share them, print them on a t-shirt; we won’t claim authorship or impose restrictions. You don’t need to credit Adhouse.
However: AI-generated content cannot be copyrighted under current UK law, so we can’t transfer copyright we don’t have. Any human edits or additions you make to the output are yours to copyright in the normal way.
We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated patterns from briefs to improve the product, e.g. what kinds of brands tend to fail the three-gates check. We don’t share your individual brief content with anyone outside Adhouse and our AI provider (Anthropic).
7. What you can’t use Adhouse for
- Anything illegal under UK or EU law.
- Generating ads for products or services that violate Meta’s ads policies: firearms, adult content, controlled substances, scams. If you submit a brief for one of these we may refuse and refund.
- Impersonating another brand or person, or generating content designed to mislead.
- Scraping, reselling or white-labelling Adhouse’s output as your own product or service. Personal/agency use of the generated work is fine.
- Reverse-engineering the prompts or trying to extract the model.
If we suspect any of the above we may suspend your account and refund unused credits at our discretion.
8. Service availability
Adhouse runs on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic). When they have outages, we have outages. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee an uptime percentage.
9. Limitation of liability
Adhouse is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by UK law, we’re not liable for: lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or any claim arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the credits you’ve paid for in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability we can’t legally limit (death, personal injury, fraud).
10. Changes
We’ll email signed-up users if we make a material change to these terms. The “last updated” date above is the source of truth. Continuing to use Adhouse after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved by the English courts. If you’re a consumer in another EU country you may have additional protections under your local consumer law. We don’t try to override those.
12. Contact
For anything (refunds, account deletion, complaints, business enquiries), email hello@adhouse.ai. We aim to respond within two working days.
